The City of Castroville is soliciting proposals to provide planning services to develop a Unified Development Ordinance. Proposals for the requested services must be submitted to the address below: Attn: Community Development Director, 703 Paris, Castroville, TX 78009. Proposals must be received by 4:00 p.m. CST, Monday, July 17, 2023 to be considered. The City reserves the right to negotiate and award a contract to the individual or firm whose proposals demonstrates the competence and qualifications to perform the requested services. The City reserves the right to reject all proposals, to reject any and all responses or portions thereof, and waive any irregularities of any response.
