FAQs

Where do I park for the Concert?
Parking will be provided at Castroville Chevrolet and Houston Square. Shuttles will run from the designated parking locations to the event from 4:00pm to 11:00pm. The general public will not be permitted to park vehicles in Regional Park, but drop offs and walk ins will be allowed.

What does the event cost?
The events, parking, and shuttles are free to the public. Vendors will sell food and drinks at the events and will only accept cash. Donations will be accepted to help fund future 4th of July Events.

What should I bring?
Bring sunscreen, bug spray, folding chairs, hats, and other outdoor summer necessities. Remember that it will be hot while the sun is out so dress accordingly. The event is rain or shine, so you may want to pack a personal umbrella. Beach balls, soccer balls, and other picnic games are welcome.

What shouldn't I bring?
Personal food and drinks will not be allowed at the Concert and Picnic in Park, but there will be plenty of food and drinks for sale. Don't bring personal barbeque pits, tents, or alcohol. If it won't fit on the shuttle bus, it probably isn't allowed at the event.

Where is the Concert?
The Concert and Picnic in the Park will be held in Regional Park which is located at 816 Alsace Avenue, Castroville, Texas.

Will the pool be open at Regional Park?
