Utility Billing is responsible for performing all accounting functions related to utility billing for water, sewer, gas, electric and garbage services. For questions regarding your utility bill or winter averaging you may contact our Utility Billing Clerk.

Utility payments may be made by using one of the following payment options:
In person at Castroville City Hall during regular business hours.
On-line Payment Service.
Automated Draft – This free service will electronically transfer funds from your checking account each month. To participate in this program you will need to complete the ACH Utility form and provide a blank voided check. The form is available at City Hall.
Pay by Mail- Payments may be mailed to 1209 Fiorella Street, Castroville, TX 78009. Remember to include the top portion of your utility bill along with a check, cashier’s check, or money order. Please do not send cash.
24-hour bill payment drop box – A drop box is located outside the front door entrance of City Hall. Please do not leave cash in box.
Utility payments are due by the 25th of each month. A penalty will be applied by noon on the next business day. Unpaid utilities will result in disconnection and additional fees will be applied.
